I went to see the color purple with my mommy today. I was so amazed with the performance. I learned a few lessons from the play....#1) God has a plan and a reason for everything.

#2) Keep the faith, it will always pull you thru.  #3) i need to be singing everyday, cause that cast was blowin, their voices were so on point....i was in the last row at the top of the theater and them motha fucka's had me almost in tears!  I now remember why i am a singer....i am a singer to provoke emotion and inspire.....basically i am a singer to make people feel good, hence the whole musicbox equals feel good thang. I don't know when i forgot why i sing, but thankyou color purple for putting that fire back in my heart.
